"Shipping was way slower than expected"
I ordered from SAVAGE X FENTY after a friend recommended it, but the shipping experience was frustrating. The tracking barely updated, and my package showed up way later than the estimated date. I reached out to customer service, but they weren’t much help either. I wanted to like it, but I probably wouldn’t order again if delivery is going to be this slow.

"Good products, billing felt a little off"
I was happy with the stuff I ordered, and my first gut feeling when it arrived was that it was worth it. The quality seemed good, and nothing about the items themselves really disappointed me.
The only thing that threw me off was the billing. I guess I didn’t fully realize the VIP charge would hit my card that quickly, and it just felt a bit sudden. Customer service did help explain everything and I got it handled, but my instinct was that the charges should’ve been clearer before checkout.

"I really liked a lot of the..."
I really liked a lot of the pieces on savagex.com and the styles are definitely cute, but the quality just didn’t match what I expected. One of the bras started feeling cheap after only a few wears, and the stitching was already coming loose, which is disappointing for the price. Shipping was fine, so no issue there, but I do think they should be more accountable when items don’t hold up. If you’re charging that much, the product should last longer or the company should make it right. I probably wouldn’t order again unless there was a really good sale.

"Hard to justify the hassle"
I tried shopping on savagex.com and got frustrated. The pages were loading slowly, the filters weren’t working right, and checkout felt more confusing than it needed to be. I’m already careful about spending money, so if I’m going to buy something, I want the process to be smooth. After about 20 minutes of messing with the site, I just gave up. The deals didn’t feel worth the headache.

"Cute set, but the sizing threw me off"
The set is really cute, and I wanted to love it. As someone who usually knows my sizes well, I was surprised by how off the fit felt. The bra was tighter than I expected, while the bottoms were a little loose. The exchange process was fine, but I do wish the size chart had been more accurate so I could’ve gotten it right the first time

"VIP membership feels like something you have to watch closely"
I signed up for the VIP membership thinking it would be straightforward, but I ended up getting charged and canceling it was way more hassle than it should’ve been. I feel like, common sense, canceling a membership should be simple and easy to find. Instead, it felt like they made it unnecessarily confusing.

"Return process was more hassle than I expected"
The exchange ended up being okay, but it took longer than I thought it would and felt like more effort than it should’ve been. I had to keep checking in and dealing with the steps, which was annoying.

I had a sizing issue with my order and reached out to support. It took a little while for them to get back to me, but once they did, they sorted it out quickly. i was relieved because I really didn’t want to deal with a long back-and-forth, so getting it fixed without much hassle felt like a small win

I wanted to like this brand, but the plus size options are frustrating. The sizes sell out really quickly, and when you do manage to get something, the fit can be totally different from one item to the next. If a company says it’s inclusive, it just seems fair that they’d stock enough sizes and make the fit consistent. Right now, it feels like bigger bodies weren’t really planned for.
